About Us
We are a growing destination wedding management company specializing in creating unforgettable wedding experiences across India. We are looking for passionate and experienced freelance wedding professionals who can independently manage destination weddings from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute destination weddings from initial consultation to event completion.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and expectations.
- Research and recommend venues, hotels, and wedding destinations.
- Manage vendor sourcing and coordination, including decorators, caterers, photographers, makeup artists, entertainment, transportation, and hospitality.
- Prepare wedding timelines, budgets, and event schedules.
- Handle guest logistics, accommodation, and transportation.
- Conduct venue visits and coordinate pre-wedding planning meetings.
- Manage on-site wedding operations and ensure smooth execution of all ceremonies.
- Resolve last-minute issues professionally while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding planning, destination weddings, luxury events, or event management.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of wedding budgeting and event logistics is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience planning destination weddings in Jaipur, Udaipur, Goa, Kerala, Rishikesh, Mussoorie, or other premium wedding destinations.
- Experience working with international or NRI clients is an advantage.
- Existing vendor network is a strong plus.
Compensation
- Project-based payment (per wedding)
- Performance bonuses for successful event execution
- Travel, accommodation, and event-related expenses covered as per project policy
