About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- 3D Visualization & Modeling: Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Technology Integration: Leverage modern design software and generative AI tools to accelerate the conceptualization phase and explore diverse architectural iterations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with interior designers, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and seamless transition from architecture to interior outfitting.
- Project Execution: Oversee site visits, resolve technical design hurdles during construction, and ensure the final build strictly adheres to design specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in architectural design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing both exterior architecture and integrated interior spaces.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in SketchUp and V-Ray for modeling and rendering.
- Strong command of AutoCAD and Revit.
