Role Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with senior management to streamline daily activities, manage priorities, and ensure effective communication within and outside the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior executives
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
- Organize travel arrangements and meeting schedules
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
- Assist in project coordination and follow-ups
- Act as a point of contact between executives and teams
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional attitude with a smart and humble approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Basic understanding of business operations and reporting
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
