Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Software Service Engineers located in Kozhikode. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the efficient maintenance of software systems. The Software Service Engineer will work closely with clients to resolve issues, maintain smooth operations, and deliver excellent service to meet the organization’s and customers’ needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Exceptional Communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
