About the Role
SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You'll work closely with the marketing team to drive quality traffic, generate leads, and maximize campaign performance through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
- Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad creatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4).
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Good understanding of PPC concepts and performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience with Looker Studio, Google Search Console, or other reporting tools.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Digital Marketing Agency experience will be considered.
