Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Operations for our Outbound Sales Process. The ideal candidate should possess strong team management capabilities, excellent reporting skills, and hands-on experience in driving team performance to achieve business targets.
Candidates with an official Team Leader designation on paper and prior experience in handling outbound sales teams will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of outbound sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to quality and process standards. Conduct regular team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Track KPIs and implement action plans for performance improvement.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and team engagement.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure achievement of revenue and productivity goals.
Reporting & MIS Responsibilities
The candidate should have experience in preparing and maintaining:
End of Day (EOD) Reports
Target vs Achievement Reports
Productivity Reports
Attendance and Alteration Reports
RAG (Red-Amber-Green) Status Reports
Performance and Escalation Reports
Excel & MIS Skills Required
Candidates should possess working knowledge of:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP
HLOOKUP
Conditional Formatting
Basic MIS Reporting and Data Analysis
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum experience as a Team Leader in a BPO environment.
Official Team Leader designation on company records.Experience in handling outbound sales operations.
Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Team Handling Experience
Experience in managing manpower and driving team performance.
Ability to monitor KPIs and ensure target achievement.
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
