Einfolge Technologies is a leading Patent and Market Research company serving clients across the US, Europe, and Asia. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce the company's patent and market research services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
