Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with respective HODs/Reporting Managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with HODs and management.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Coordinate candidate documentation and joining formalities.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily employee attendance and identify discrepancies.
- Manage attendance regularization, leave requests, missed punches, and shift-related issues.
- Coordinate with employees and reporting managers for pending approvals.
- Maintain attendance and leave records in the HRMS.
- Assist in monthly attendance closure and payroll inputs.
3. Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, paid days, overtime, deductions, leave, and other payroll inputs.
- Assist in resolving payroll-related employee queries.
- Ensure timely submission and verification of payroll-related data.
4. HRMS & Employee Records
- Maintain accurate employee master data in the HRMS.
- Update employee records related to joining, transfers, promotions, attendance, leave, and exits.
- Support employees and managers in using HRMS modules.
- Maintain proper physical and digital documentation of employee records.
5. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Conduct joining and onboarding formalities for new employees.
- Prepare and maintain appointment letters, employee files, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR matters.
- Support employee exit and full & final settlement processes.
6. Compliance & Statutory Support
- Assist in maintaining statutory and compliance-related records.
- Support compliance requirements related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Laws, Minimum Wages, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Maintain records required for internal and external HR audits.
- Coordinate with consultants/agencies wherever required for statutory compliance.
7. Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate goal-setting, performance reviews, and appraisal-related activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR communications, and employee welfare activities.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
8. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare periodic HR reports and MIS related to:
- Headcount
- Recruitment status
- Attendance & absenteeism
- Employee turnover
- Leave
- Overtime
- Payroll inputs
- Manpower requirements
- Maintain HR trackers and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide reports and information to management as required.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes.
- Working knowledge of HRMS/HR software.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, etc. will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations/generalist HR.
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, HRMS, and statutory compliance will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable coordinating with employees, HODs, management, consultants, and external agencies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
