We are looking for an experienced Plant HR Head with 10+ years in manufacturing to lead plant human resources, industrial relations, and facility administration.
The candidate will align plant workforce planning and recruitment with corporate production targets and operational needs.
You will oversee 100% statutory compliance, factory labor laws, ESI/PF documentation, and local government authority relations.
The role requires maintaining peaceful industrial relations, handling grievances, and managing contractor labor operations effectively.
You will lead shop-floor employee engagement, performance management, and execution of annual appraisal cycles. You will identify training needs and implement programs around shop-floor technical skills, safety protocols, and 5S/TPM standards. The role involves managing general plant administration including security, canteen, transport, and health services. You will collaborate closely with EHS teams to ensure strict safety compliance and zero-accident workplace standards. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in HR/IR or MSW (a Law degree/LL.B is highly preferred). Strong fluency in English and the local language is essential for seamless shop-floor interaction and authority management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
