Team Leader – Telesales
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Telesales to manage and motivate a team of sales advisors and drive daily/monthly sales and collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and monitor the telesales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales/collection targets.
- Monitor call quality and provide regular feedback.
- Manage attendance, rosters, and manpower utilization.
- Conduct daily team briefings and product/process training.
- Handle performance reviews, reports, and team productivity.
- Support hiring and initial screening of candidates.
- Ensure effective objection handling and sales conversion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of telesales/telemarketing experience.
- Prior team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Language Requirement: Fluent Telugu is mandatory.
- Ability to perform in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
