About the Role
Kodex Global is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Production Manager / Senior Production Chemist to lead our manufacturing operations in Mohali. This pivotal role focuses on the high-precision production of silicone, MS polymer, and PU sealants. The successful candidate will leverage deep technical expertise in construction chemicals to optimize manufacturing workflows, ensure rigorous quality standards, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities & Strategic Oversight
- Operational Leadership: Orchestrate and supervise daily production cycles, ensuring seamless end-to-end manufacturing operations.
- Product Excellence: Direct the formulation and manufacture of advanced silicone, MS polymer, and PU sealants in strict accordance with technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Drive production efficiency by monitoring critical parameters, reducing material waste, and minimizing downtime.
- Inventory & Planning: Strategically manage raw material utilization and inventory levels to align with robust production forecasts.
- Compliance & Quality: Maintain unwavering adherence to ISO quality standards, safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D and Quality Control teams for product innovation, batch troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Talent Development: Mentor and train production staff, fostering a culture of safety and high-performance craftsmanship.
- Data Governance: Maintain meticulous production logs, batch records, and detailed process documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 10+ years of proven manufacturing experience specifically within sealants (Silicone, MS Polymer, PU) or high-grade construction chemicals.
- Technical Mastery: Extensive knowledge of industrial mixing equipment and chemical process engineering.
- Soft Skills: Superior problem-solving abilities and clear, professional communication skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
