We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Risk Management Associate to support our Procurement and Supplier Risk Management (SRM) organization. In this role, you will help administer supplier risk management processes by coordinating supplier risk assessments, monitoring supplier performance, maintaining compliance records, and providing reporting and analytical support.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure supplier risk activities are completed accurately and on time. This position follows established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and supplier risk visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer supplier risk assessment activities, including tracking completion, reviewing submissions, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Monitor supplier risk scorecards, remediation activities, and issue resolution to ensure timely follow-up and escalation when necessary.
- Review supplier risk assessment documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to organizational requirements.
- Track overdue supplier assessments, corrective actions, and remediation plans while coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
- Generate and maintain supplier risk reports, dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational and management reporting.
- Analyze supplier risk data and trends to improve visibility, identify potential risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries related to supplier risk assessments, reporting, compliance, and issue management.
- Support supplier governance activities by maintaining accurate records, documentation, and process metrics.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to support supplier risk management initiatives.
- Assist with process documentation, reporting improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Support warehouse and logistics-related administrative activities as needed, including inventory verification, shipment documentation, data entry, and maintaining accurate operational records.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience supporting procurement, supplier management, supply chain, risk management, or operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Supplier Risk Management (SRM), Procurement, Supply Chain, or Supplier Governance functions.
- Experience working with ERP or supplier management systems.
- Knowledge of supplier scorecards, risk assessments, issue management, or supplier performance metrics.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations is a plus.
Pay: ₹1,023,123.39 - ₹1,945,701.78 per year
