Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and scaling admissions through effective sales strategies. Candidates with EdTech leadership experience are highly preferred. (Weekday Works)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize student admissions.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate Business Development Associates and Academic Counselors.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversion, and team performance.
- Set KPIs and ensure achievement of enrollment targets.
- Improve sales processes and CRM utilization.
- Conduct daily review meetings and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Sales Head, Team Leader, or Sales Manager in the EdTech industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
