About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Patient Care Executive to join our dynamic team at The Esthetic Clinics. This is an ideal role for freshers looking to begin their career in the healthcare and aesthetics industry. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in ensuring they have a seamless and pleasant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a warm and professional manner
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
- Make daily calls to patients for appointment reminders, post-visit follow-ups, and collecting feedback
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow
- Address patient queries and concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records in the system
- Handle basic billing support and address payment-related queries (if required)
- Assist in collecting and managing patient feedback for service improvement
- Key Requirements:
- Any graduate (B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, BA, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, etc.)
- Comfortable with making regular/daily phone calls to patients
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and local language(s)
- Polite, patient-centric, and service-oriented mindset
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
