Job Description: CCTV Technician (Field) fresher's or experienced
We are seeking a skilled and proactive CCTV Technician to join our technical team. This role is primarily field-based, requiring a candidate who is technically proficient in security systems and possesses their own two-wheeler for efficient travel between client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Installation: Setting up, mounting, and configuring analog and IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and associated cabling (CAT6, BNC, etc
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving hardware failures, network connectivity issues, and software glitches at site locations.
Networking: Configuring basic network settings, including IP addressing, port forwarding, and remote viewing on mobile/desktop applications.
Education: ITI, Diploma, or Certification in Electronics, Hardware/Networking, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in security system installation and repair.
Physical Agility: Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and handle power tools safely.
Mandatory Requirements
Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license.
Availability: Ready to handle emergency service calls and travel within the assigned territory.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Clear communication skills for interacting with clients and reporting to supervisors.
Punctuality and effective time management.
