Responsibilities:
- Ensure the execution of sales targets as per plan.
- Maintain efficient operations and effective product merchandising.
- Be responsible for the upkeep of stores.
- Monitor security systems.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Execute sales targets as per the plan.
- Manage the store team effectively (Team Management).
- Oversee inventory management.
- Manage profit and loss (P&L).
- Drive corporate sales.
Key Metrics:
- Achieve Sales Target
- Zero "Out of Stock" Incidents
- Zero Customer Complaints
- Ensure Adherence and maintenance of Visual Merchandising as per guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in fields related to design
- 3-5 years for experience with Luxury Indian Designer or Multi Brand Store
- Proficient in taking client measurements
- Strong communication & client servicing skills
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Understanding of inventory stocking procedures
- Excellent communication, time management, organization and multitasking skills.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
