AC Technician – Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled AC Technician (fresh graduates or experienced candidates) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair air conditioning systems (split, window, and central AC)
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs
- Ensure proper functioning and efficiency of AC units
- Handle gas filling, cleaning, and part replacements
- Follow safety standards and company guidelines
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field
- Freshers with basic technical knowledge are welcome
- Experience in AC servicing/repair is an added advantage
- Knowledge of electrical components and wiring
- Ability to work on-site and handle physical tasks
- Good problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Troubleshooting and repair skills
- Knowledge of different AC brands and systems
- Basic customer handling skills
