We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for driving retail store growth, building customer relationships, and executing local marketing campaigns to boost store walk-ins and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and effectively close sales for electronics and home appliances to meet monthly targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and excellent post-sales satisfaction.
- Market Awareness: Keep track of competitor offers, pricing trends, and customer demands in the local retail market.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in retail sales, consumer electronics, or marketing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam (English/Hindi is a plus).
- Attributes: Confident, target-oriented, and a strong team player with excellent negotiation skills.
