Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and driven Sales Professionals who can understand client needs, build strong relationships, and close high-value deals. Candidates from Sales, Communication, or Marketing backgrounds are encouraged to apply — real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert qualified leads into customers
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment options
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends and product knowledge
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
Who We’re Looking For
✔ 3+ years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Client Handling
✔ Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
✔ Target-driven mindset with proven sales performance
✔ Ability to build trust and manage client relationships
✔ Real estate experience is an advantage, not mandatory
