● Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to understand campaign goals, target
audiences, and KPIs.
● Create and execute innovative media plans across platforms including display, social,
video, search, programmatic, and emerging digital channels.
● Develop media strategies that align with brand objectives and performance goals.
● Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and delivery to ensure efficient execution.
● Analyze campaign performance metrics including impressions, CTR, CPA,
conversions, and ROAS to derive actionable insights.
● Optimize media mix and channel allocation to maximize reach, engagement, and
conversions.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of integrated marketing
campaigns.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, vendors, and platform
representatives.
● Act as the first point of contact for campaign escalations and performance-related
concerns.
● Stay updated on digital media trends, technologies, and industry best practices to
drive innovation and effectiveness.
● Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development and operational
efficiency.
● Strong expertise in digital media planning and campaign management.
● Understanding of audience segmentation, media buying, budget allocation, and
campaign optimization.
● Proficiency in platforms and tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta, Sizmek,
MOAT IAS, and media research tools.
● Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
● Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.

● Google and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
● Experience working with luxury, fashion, jewellery, or premium lifestyle brands.
● Understanding of programmatic advertising and advanced media strategies.
