Job Responsibilities:
- Handle complete production activities for SS fittings and flanges
- Manage shop floor operations and manpower
- Planning and execution of daily production targets
- Knowledge of machining, forging, threading, and finishing processes
- Ensure quality standards and timely dispatch
- Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and dispatch departments
- Maintain production reports and process efficiency
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in stainless steel fittings/flanges manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production planning and process control
- Experience with ASTM/ASME standards preferred
- Ability to manage workforce and production schedules
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
