About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Sewing Line QC to join our production team. You will be responsible for controlling in-line quality, conducting quality inspections, and guiding operators to maintain high standards. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who want to start or grow their career in garment quality control.
Responsibilities
- Control in-line quality and perform regular inspections of garments during production.
- Educate and evaluate sewing line operators to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Minimize garment rework, defects, and rejections.
- Maintain records of quality checks and inspections.
- Suggest improvements in sewing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Experience & Qualifications
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in garment manufacturing or quality control is a plus(1–3 years preferred).
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; degree in Textile/ Garment Technology is a plus.
- Good observation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
- Basic knowledge of garment stitching, finishing, and quality standards is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
