Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Lead and oversee complete international recruitment operations.
* Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
* Drive expansion into new international markets and industries.
* Build and maintain strong overseas client relationships.
Recruitment Operations
Supervise recruitment teams handling bulk and executive hiring.
Ensure timely sourcing, screening, interviewing, and deployment of candidates.
Monitor recruitment pipelines and hiring targets.
Improve operational efficiency and recruitment turnaround time.
Client & Business Development
Manage overseas recruitment clients and business partners.
Conduct negotiations, service discussions, and manpower planning.
Identify new business opportunities and recruitment partnerships.
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to international recruitment regulations and standards.
Oversee visa processing, documentation, onboarding, and deployment coordination.
Maintain ethical recruitment practices and compliance procedures.
Team Management
* Lead, mentor, and motivate recruitment teams.
* Set KPIs, performance goals, and incentive structures.
* Conduct training and performance reviews.
* Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* Minimum 8–12 years of recruitment experience, including leadership roles.
* Strong exposure to international manpower recruitment.
Required Skills
* Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience handling overseas clients and recruitment operations.
* Knowledge of international hiring procedures and documentation.
* Ability to manage high-performing recruitment teams.
