* Generate sales through dealers, fabricators, and contractors
* Identify and appoint new dealers in potential areas
* Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Regular market visits and competitor tracking

### *Candidate Profile:*
* 4–7 years experience in steel / TMT / cement / building materials industry
* Good knowledge of Vidarbha market (Nagpur and nearby areas)
* Experience in dealer handling and field sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Target-oriented and self-motivated

### *Preferred:*
* Existing network of dealers, fabricators, or contractors
* Experience in steel wire / TMT / hardware products
