Job Title: Office Administrator - Construction Company
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to handle the day-to-day operations of our construction office.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of construction material purchases and office expenses. Prepare quotations, invoices, bills, purchase orders, and other documents.
- Manage attendance and records of site workers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and site staff.
- Maintain files, reports, and office documentation.
- Work efficiently using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
- Visit sites or other locations occasionally for official work when required.
Requirements:
- Experience in office administration (construction industry preferred).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and documentation.
- Basic understanding of construction materials and office processes.
- Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
