Job Title: Agentic AI Developer (Microsoft Copilot Studio)

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise application integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building conversational AI solutions, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, and integrating AI agents with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Configure and manage topics, actions, knowledge sources, and generative AI capabilities.
- Build and optimize multi-turn conversational experiences for enterprise use cases.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
- Develop API-based and Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based integrations.
- Create and maintain Power Automate workflows to support business processes and agent orchestration.
- Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approval workflows and governance controls.
- Configure and manage Dataverse environments, tables, and security models.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and grounding strategies.
- Develop prompt templates and conversational design patterns to improve AI response quality.
- Execute testing strategies, including golden test corpus validation and performance evaluation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-production monitoring.
- Analyze agent performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of software development, automation, or AI solution development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Dataverse and SharePoint.
- Experience working with Azure OpenAI Services and Generative AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
- Experience implementing RAG architectures and enterprise knowledge integrations.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience with Dataverse configuration and Power Automate development.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
- Understanding of Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows and AI governance practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience in enterprise AI deployments and production support.
- Microsoft certifications related to Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, or Dynamics 365 are a plus.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
