Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D Electrical BIM models (Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm, and Containment) using Revit.
- Coordinate with other MEP disciplines to perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
- Extract accurate 2D drawings (Plans, Sections, and Schematics) from the 3D model.
- Ensure all models adhere to project-specific BIM standards and LOD requirements.
- Maintain model integrity and assist in regular BIM coordination meetings.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler (6-9 year of experience)
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of international electrical design standards and symbols.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
