Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise telecom clients to understand business requirements and define solution scope.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures across Telecom OSS/BSS environments.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and value-based solution documentation for RFPs, RFIs, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts to customers.
- Develop ROI, TCO, and business value assessments to support solution proposals.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
- Provide market insights, customer feedback, and product enhancement recommendations.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and technical forums.
Required Skills & ExperienceTelecom Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of OSS (Inventory, Provisioning, Assurance, Network Management) and BSS (CRM, Product Catalog, Ordering, Billing).
- Experience with TM Forum standards including eTOM, TAM, SID, and Open APIs (TMF620, TMF622, TMF632, TMF641, etc.).
- Knowledge of telecom technologies including:
- 5G Core
- RAN
- IP/MPLS
- SD-WAN
- NFV/SDN
- Cloud-Native Network Functions (CNFs)
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, AsyncAPI, and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to create solution blueprints, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, and integration architecture.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of containerized deployment models and cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with AI-driven telecom solutions including AIOps, Predictive Maintenance, Autonomous Networks, and Intelligent Order Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- TM Forum certifications, TOGAF, or equivalent architecture certifications are preferred.
- Experience working with telecom operators, network equipment vendors, or system integrators.
- Experience in technical consulting, presales, or enterprise solution architecture.
- Participation in telecom industry forums, technical conferences, or thought leadership initiatives is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹486,711.09 - ₹1,664,822.28 per year
