Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for office administration, asset management, vendor coordination, documentation, facility management, employee support, and maintaining an efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain office records, files, registers, and administrative documentation.
- Handle office stationery, pantry supplies, housekeeping materials, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance agencies for office requirements.
- Manage office assets, including laptops, desktops, furniture, access cards, SIM cards, and other company resources.
- Coordinate courier services, dispatches, incoming/outgoing mail, and document handling.
- Maintain visitor records, reception support, and meeting room scheduling.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and logistics whenever required.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, internet, electricity, CCTV, printers, biometric systems, and other office facilities.
- Assist in employee onboarding by arranging workstations, ID cards, system allocation, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain employee attendance records and coordinate with the HR team for administrative support.
- Ensure all office documents are properly organized, filed, and easily accessible for audits and reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of company documents, employee information, and administrative records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Support HR and Management in organizing meetings, events, employee engagement activities, and office celebrations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, office procedures, and administrative standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher to 6 Months of experience in Administration, Office Coordination, or Facility Management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email Communication, and documentation.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
