- SAFE INDIA HI-TECH SECURITY SYSTEM is looking for a confident and professional Telecalling Executive to communicate with dealers, customers and business clients regarding CCTV cameras, surveillance products and related security solutions.
- The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a customer-focused approach.
- Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Attend inbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain CCTV and security products to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order processing.
- Follow up on pending enquiries.
- Build positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain professional communication at all times.
- Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication.
- MS Excel and computer knowledge.
