We are looking for a confident, proactive, and customer-focused professional with strong communication and English language skills to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable interacting with international clients and managing communication across multiple departments.
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle after sales support activities and ensure a positive client experience.
- Communicate professionally with clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Interact and coordinate with clients from the UK, US, India, Germany, Czech Republic, China, and additional international markets as the company expands.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely assistance regarding orders, services, and support requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding quotations, customer requirements, and updates.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch & Shipment Team regarding shipment status, tracking updates, and delivery-related communication.
- Work closely with the Accounts Department for refund processing, payment-related concerns, and customer support requirements.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Draft professional emails and maintain communication records.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely issue handling.
- Work collaboratively with multiple departments to maintain smooth operational flow.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications.

Working Schedule
- 5.5 working days per week
- Sunday fixed weekly off
Work Location: On-site role
