HR Trainee

Role Overview
As a QC Intern, you will be on the front lines of our manufacturing operations. You will assist the Senior Quality Executive in maintaining excellence in productivity, safety, and compliance while learning to integrate technology and AI into quality reporting. This role is vital for ensuring that our regenerative and organic products meet world-class standards for global export.
What You’ll Do:
- Sourcing: Use professional platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Portals) to identify top-tier talent for production, sales, quality and corporate roles.
- Smart Screening: Conduct initial telephonic screenings and shortlist candidates based on specific OKRs.
- Interview Coordination: Manage calendars to schedule interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Onboarding: Assist in drafting offer letters and managing the documentation process.
- Database Management: Maintain a "Live Talent Pipeline" using Excel or HRMS tools to track recruitment metrics. Maintain HR related trackers.
- Leadership Support: Assist the HR team with executive tasks, such as drafting professional communications and organizing team dashboards. Coordinate with the tech team during ERP implementation and contribute to data entry and system testing
Who We’re Looking For:
- Education: Candidates with a pursuing or completed MBA in HR with 0 - 1year relevant experience.
- Skills: Candidate who aren't afraid of new software, have a basic understanding of (or a strong desire to learn) AI tools and HRMS platforms. We value structured, detail-oriented personalities who can work independently and maintain high confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal skills for professional drafting and candidate interaction.
- Availability: Must be an immediate joiner or ready to join within a short notice period.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
