Job Summary
The Tally Operator & Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling visitors and calls, maintaining office records, and performing accounting and data entry tasks using Tally software. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Tally ERP.
Key ResponsibilitiesTally & Accounts Operations
- Enter purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers in Tally.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records accurately.
- Generate invoices, purchase orders, and accounting reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain records of expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation as required.
- Support the accounts department in daily financial activities.
Front Office Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor logs and front desk records.
- Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Administrative Support
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Support HR and administration activities when required.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration, or any graduate degree.
- Diploma/Certification in Tally ERP is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Tally operations, accounts assistance, or front office administration.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
- Invoice preparation and data entry skills.
