Key Role Description
The Executive Experience Coordinator on the Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) team serves as a single point of contact for the administrative and office experience support needs of the firm’s Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors (PPMDs), coordinating directly with the firm's technology, workplace services, finance, and other support teams to resolve requests end-to-end — so leaders have one relationship to rely on, freeing them to focus on serving their clients and teams. The successful candidate will be expected to manage diverse responsibilities, prioritize work effectively, and exercise discretion in interactions. This position operates in a hybrid workplace model across time zones requiring a blend of working in-office and working from home. Training on internal applications, platforms, and processes will be provided.
Work you'll do
As a Services Support Associate II, Administrative Assistant on the Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) team, you will be responsible for supporting administrative and office experience needs for leaders and practitioners across Deloitte.
- Provide executive assistant support, including time and expense management, calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and research and document support.
- Coordinate end-to-end administrative, office experience, and client support activities across service areas such as meeting planning, guest and client hosting, local office assistance, and hybrid meeting support.
- Serve as an intake and triage point by assessing needs, communicating with internal stakeholders, coordinating with service providers, and tracking requests through resolution.
- Work with national, regional, and local business support teams to delegate activities, share information, and help deliver services for a collective group of clients.
- Handle sensitive information while adjusting schedules and work hours based on client requests, team priorities, and business needs.

Success in this role requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment, provide customer service, manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize appropriately, and remain flexible to changes in schedule and work hours, including overtime as required.
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Additional shift timings may be assigned based on business need.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1+ years of experience providing administrative support, customer service support, or team-based support in a corporate environment
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and meeting coordination
- Experience coordinating domestic and/or international travel arrangements
- Experience preparing, editing, proofreading, or formatting business documents, presentations, proposals, or client deliverables
- Must be legally authorized to work in India
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience supporting executives in a large or matrixed corporate environment and coordinating work across specialized departments
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with time and expense reporting or reimbursement processes
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment
