Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nutritionist to join our Culinary & Product Innovation team. The role will work closely with the Head Chef to develop, validate, and optimize nutritionally balanced menu offerings across our cloud kitchen network.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in nutrition science, food product R&D, menu engineering, and macro calculations, with a deep understanding of functional nutrition categories such as high-protein, low-carb, diabetic-friendly, and gluten-free foods.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and curate innovative, health-focused menus.
- Calculate and validate nutritional values, macros, calories, and ingredient compositions for all menu items.
- Develop and standardize recipes aligned with brand nutritional goals and customer requirements.
- Lead nutrition-focused product research and development initiatives.
- Create and maintain nutrition databases, product specifications, and recipe documentation.
- Evaluate ingredients and formulations to improve nutritional quality while maintaining taste and scalability.
- Ensure all menu items comply with relevant food safety and nutrition guidelines.
- Work closely with Operations and Culinary teams to ensure consistency in execution across cloud kitchens.
- Support marketing and product teams with nutritional claims, product positioning, and consumer education content.
- Continuously monitor market trends and emerging opportunities within functional and health-food categories
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Clinical Nutrition, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Nutrition, Product Development, Food R&D, or Menu Innovation.
- Prior experience working with food brands, cloud kitchens, QSRs, meal subscription companies, health-food startups, or FMCG food businesses.
- Strong expertise in nutritional analysis, calorie calculation, and macro profiling.
- Hands-on experience in food product R&D is mandatory.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
