Job Summary:
As a Café Waiter/Waitress, you will provide exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and ensuring the café is clean and welcoming for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
- Accurately process payments and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Restock supplies and collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient service.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment, handling up to 10 guests per table.
- Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve any issues.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or bar.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10kg.
- Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
