Our Relocation Specialist plays a crucial part in the mission towards the growth of the
organisation by improving customer experience in relocation. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this
position requires Call, Email, and Chat communication with customers.
What will you be doing...
- Connect with the customers who raise requests to relocate
- Understand customer’s journey & gather information regarding the relocation request
- Provide a "wow" experience to the customer by ensuring the relocation request is resolved within TAT
- Arrange pick-up, delivery and installation of the device by following up with the internal teams
- Develop strategies to reduce the relocation TAT based on customer’s feedback & journey
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s current promotions & processes necessary to
meet or exceed the goals
