Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, expand market share, and build high-value partnerships. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving revenue, managing key accounts, and leading business development strategies at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute long-term business development strategies aligned with company goals
· Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities, partnerships, and new markets
· Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
· Lead complex negotiations and close large-scale deals
· Oversee and mentor the team members
· Collaborate with senior leadership to define revenue targets and growth plans
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy
· Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting
· Work cross-functionally with project and operations teams for go-to-market execution
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Qualifications & Skills Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)
· 4–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
· Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
· Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, and sales forecasting
