Taazaa is hiring a Senior Manager based in India to manage international finance operations outside of North America. This role will own accounting execution, reporting accuracy, compliance coordination, and financial process discipline across Taazaa’s non-North American entities, while partnering closely with U.S. finance leadership and local teams to support scalable growth. You’ll report to the Corporate Controller functionally and partner with local Executive Leadership to support sound financial decisions.
What you’ll do:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for international entities outside of North America- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis for international operations
- Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, AP, AR, payroll coordination, and statutory accounting support across assigned regions
- Manage regional cash flow visibility and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for international markets
- Track financial performance across international business lines, subsidiaries, and intercompany activity
- Strengthen accounting controls, reporting discipline, and documentation standards across non-North American finance operations
- Coordinate local audits, tax filings, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements in partnership with external advisors and internal leadership
- Partner with U.S. finance leadership, regional operations, and executive stakeholders on international financial strategy and decision support
- Identify and drive improvements to international finance processes, reporting visibility, and cross-border coordination
Your qualifications Technical:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, including experience supporting international or multi-entity operations
- Demonstrated experience supporting close processes, financial reporting, and account reconciliations across multiple entities
- Strong command of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards; familiarity with U.S. GAAP and local statutory requirements preferred
- Strong Excel and accounting systems skills; experience with multi-currency reporting and ERP/accounting platforms a plus
- Clear communicator who can translate financial data into business insight and collaborate effectively across time zones
- CA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
