About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Team Lead with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with the ability to strategize, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns that deliver measurable business results. The role also involves leading a small team, ensuring campaign quality, and driving continuous performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for lead generation, conversions, brand awareness, and remarketing.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Meta Ads executives, ensuring campaign quality and timely execution.
- Conduct audience research, customer segmentation, and creative testing to maximize campaign performance.
- Develop and optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, placements, and budgets to achieve target KPIs.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page strategies.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, policies, AI features, and industry best practices.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.
- Hands-on experience with campaign objectives including Lead Generation, Sales, Traffic, Engagement, App Promotion, and Brand Awareness.
- Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Event Manager, and custom conversions.
- Experience with audience creation, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and retargeting strategies.
- Proficiency in GA4, Meta Events Manager, Looker Studio, and basic Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of A/B testing, campaign scaling, budget optimization, and creative performance analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Meta Media Buying Professional certification is preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads campaign management.
- Prior team handling experience is preferred.
