Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and onboard new residents.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Handle day-to-day property operations.
- Address resident queries and ensure a great living experience.
- Maintain occupancy records and basic reports.
- Coordinate with the management team for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and WhatsApp.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable staying at the property.
