Job Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging one-on-one or small group online tutoring sessions.
- Teach students following the Australian curriculum.
- Explain concepts clearly and help students improve their academic performance.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practice exercises.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain a positive and interactive online learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (teaching qualification is an advantage).
- Previous online tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you teach.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet workspace suitable for online classes.
Technical Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Laptop or desktop computer.
- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Webcam and noise-cancelling headset with microphone.
- Digital writing pad (Graphic Tablet/Pen Tablet) for solving problems and explaining concepts.
- Digital pen/stylus compatible with the writing pad.
- Ability to use online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, and digital whiteboards.
Preferred Skills
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students in an online environment.
- Basic knowledge of educational technology and online teaching tools.
- Punctual, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Shift Timings
- 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST
- Candidates should be available to work during Australian business hours.
