About Us: Dream Zone is a premier creative studies institute specializing in Fashion Design, Interior Design, and Animation. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Business Manager cum Operations to lead our Mangalore centre. This dual-responsibility role requires a leader who can drive revenue through strategic growth, manage day-to-day operations seamlessly, and maintain high-quality training standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Take ownership of monthly and quarterly student enrollment targets. Drive lead generation, oversee the counseling pipeline, and close high-value admissions.
- Center Operations: Manage daily administration, classroom scheduling, batch allocations, fee collections, and center infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage performance for the counseling, marketing, and faculty teams to ensure accountability and high morale.
- Marketing & Tie-ups: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, workshops, and establish partnerships with local colleges and design firms.
- Student Success: Address student grievances, ensure timely curriculum delivery, and oversee placement drives and portfolio development.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in branch management, center operations, or business development (preferably in educational franchises, training institutes, aviation, or hospitality).
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing/Operations preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, target-driven mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and Kannada (knowledge of Tulu is a strong plus).
