Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Chakan, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience with electrical components and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems, circuits, and components.
- Perform electrical calculations, circuit analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Conduct testing, inspection, and validation of electrical equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain project records, reports, and technical documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering or maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, electrical design software, and testing instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
