Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Dialysis Technician cum Tutor to provide dialysis treatment and support patient care while conducting theory and practical classes for dialysis technician students. The candidate should possess strong clinical expertise and the ability to effectively train and guide students.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate dialysis machines and related equipment.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis procedures.
- Record vital signs and maintain treatment documentation.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Assist nephrologists and nursing staff as required.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report technical issues.
Teaching Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical classes for dialysis technician students.
- Demonstrate dialysis procedures and equipment handling.
- Guide students during clinical training sessions.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
- Support academic and skill development activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Dialysis Technology.
- Minimum 1–3 years of dialysis technician experience.
- Teaching or training experience preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
