Hiring: Maintenance Manager – Restaurant Operations
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to handle restaurant equipment and facility maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain kitchen equipment (refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Manage maintenance inventory and costs
Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant/hotel maintenance preferred
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle breakdowns and emergencies
