Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support our business growth by identifying potential customers, engaging with prospects, understanding their business requirements, and generating qualified sales opportunities for our sales team.
The role involves proactive outbound calling, lead nurturing, customer follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and coordinating product demonstrations with the technical team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers from manufacturing, engineering, product design, and related industries.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate interest in SOLIDWORKS and associated engineering software solutions.
- Understand the prospect’s current design processes, challenges, and software requirements.
- Qualify leads based on requirements, potential, and readiness to explore solutions.
Customer Engagement & Follow-up
- Explain the features, benefits, and business value of SOLIDWORKS solutions to prospective customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads generated through marketing campaigns, databases, and field sales visits.
- Maintain continuous engagement with prospects until a meeting, demonstration, or sales opportunity is created.
- Handle initial customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for technical discussions.
Meeting & Demo Coordination
- Schedule appointments between prospective customers and field sales representatives.
- Coordinate product demonstrations with application engineers/technical specialists whenever prospects show strong interest.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth handover of qualified opportunities to the sales team.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, discussions, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
- Update customer details, meeting outcomes, and next action plans regularly.
- Maintain a structured database of prospects and customers for future business opportunities.
Market Intelligence
- Gather information about customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor software being used.
- Provide feedback to the sales and management teams regarding market opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Engineering, Management, Marketing, or Business Administration will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Tele calling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
Preferred Industry Experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
