We are looking for a Lead Generator for our Vadodara location. Only Vadodara-based candidates are eligible to apply.
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms including LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and other lead sources.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects including contact details, business type, and potential requirements.
- Execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate initial interest and responses.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as budget, requirement fit, and decision-making authority before passing to BDE.
- Draft and send initial outreach messages, connection requests, and follow-up sequences.
- Monitor and track outreach responses, lead status, and pipeline activity in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the BDE to hand over warm leads with full context and conversation history.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets as set by the BDM.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor positioning, and target market segments to refine outreach messaging.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity, responses, and lead quality metrics
Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with internship experience in lead generation, sales, or business development can apply.
- Qualification: IT-related field, BBA, MBA, or any sales/marketing-related field.
- Good communication skills and interest in client communication/outreach.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, and online research platforms is preferred.
