Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
