Role Overview
We are looking for a highly autonomous Full Stack Developer who can take complete
ownership of features from idea to deployment. You will work in a small engineering pod,
collaborating directly with the Client and Engineering Lead, building scalable SaaS products
without traditional PM or QA layers.
Key Responsibilities
● Build and deliver end-to-end product features (frontend + backend)
● Take ownership of development, unit testing, and deployment
● Develop SaaS products, preferably in Healthcare or communication platforms
(Twilio integrations)
● Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude, AI agents t) to accelerate coding
● Deploy and manage applications on AWS using CI/CD pipelines
● Handle bug fixes, feature development, and production improvements
● Work directly with the client and participate in 2–3 weekly standups
Required Skills
● 5 years of Full Stack development experience
● Strong experience with modern backend and frontend frameworks
● Experience building SaaS products
● Hands-on with AWS, APIs, CI/CD pipelines
● Experience with Twilio or similar integrations
● Experience in using AI coding tools ( claude or similar )

Education
B.Tech / BE from Tier-2 or Tier-3 engineering colleges preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
